The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) invites applications for Commissioned Officers 2025 through Permanent Commission (PC) and Short Service Commission (SSC/SPSSC). Registration is open from 28th July to 15th August 2025 at www.joinpaf.gov.pk.

• General Duty Pilot (GD Pilot): Fly fighter jets and lead missions.
• Aeronautical Engineering Course: Work on aircraft engineering.
• Air Defence Course: Leadership in air defense operations.
• Logistics Course: Manage supply chains.
• Admin & Special Duties Course: Administrative roles.
• Education Branch (SPSSC/SSC): HRM, Project Management, Accounting, etc.
• Accounts Branch (SSC): Financial management.
• IT Branch (SSC): IT and computer science roles.
• JAG (Legal) Branch (SSC): Legal services.
• MET Branch (SSC): Meteorology and environmental sciences.

Eligibility Criteria

Permanent Commission (PC)

• Age: 16–22 years as of 15th April 2026.
• Nationality: Unmarried male citizens of Pakistan.
• Height: Minimum 5 feet 4 inches (163 cm).
• Qualification: FSc (Pre-Engg/Pre-Medical/Computer Science) or A-Levels with 60% marks.
• Training: 4 years for GD Pilot & Aeronautical Engg; 24 weeks for others.

Short Service Commission (SSC/SPSSC)

• Age: 18–30 years as of 25th April 2025.
• Nationality: Male citizens (married/unmarried).
• Height: Minimum 5 feet 4 inches (163 cm).
• Qualification: MS/MPhil, B.Com, LLB, BSCS, MSc Meteorology, etc., with minimum 2.5/4 CGPA.
• Training: 24 weeks.

2. Register from 28th July to 15th August 2025.
3. Fill out the form and upload required documents.
4. Download and print the registration slip.
5. Check email/website for test dates.

Selection Process

• Initial intelligence and academic tests.
• Medical and physical fitness tests.
• Interview at PAF I&S Centers.
• ISSB tests in Kohat, Gujranwala, Malir, or Quetta.
• Final medical examination.
